Application Steps

At Genesis, there’s no entrance exam. We warmly invite students and parents to join us for an interview and observation session, so we can better understand each child’s unique strengths and needs.

  • Please view our age guideline and match with the correct grade level to apply for
  • Complete our Application Form
  • Submit supporting documents
  1. Photograph (3x4cm) (JPEG or if printed, 2 copies)
  2. Report Card (from previous 2 grade levels in PDF)
  3. Copy of Passport and KTP of student and parents (PDF)
  4. Birth Certificate
  5. KK
  6. Ijazah SD and/or SMP (for students transferring into Grade 7 or Grade 10) (PDF)
  7. Immunization Records (PDF)
  • Pay the Application Fee and submit the Application Form
